bad billing, too

Okay, so I finally ditched earthink, sort of.  I canceled my DSL account.  They offered 30 days 'free' to maintain my email address for forwarding purposes.  Well enough.  So I get a bill for 5 email accounts - one being my real account, the others just random accounts with my first name in it.  I call to get a refund and they offer to refund my money.  I get a statement and they only refunded 3.95 of the 19.40 they billed me.  I called today to get the rest of my refund.  We'll see if it goes thru.
Next question: it seems this post billing, sub refunding, and email stacking seems to be automated.  Anyone know if there's a class action suit for these issues?

I'd love to hear about a CALS against them - talk to your local attorney general and see...
